With that premise in mind, leadership can be further broken down into the four questions that followers ask themselves when embarking on (or continuing) a journey with a leader. These four questions encompass essentially every leadership behavior that any leadership theory has proposed, making it a perfect framework to adopt or adapt to fit your needs.
