About OUr Reason For Being.
Historically, strong leaders and trustworthy institutions like religion, family, healthcare, and even the government gave us the strong foundations upon which we could thrive, both as a society and as individuals. And yet more than ever, it is clear these foundations are being eroded.
As a Christian and a father of two young children, I’m compelled to do what I can to protect these foundations.
Now, more than ever, we need leaders and organizations that not only espouse the values that will revitalize our society, but that can excel in the marketplace of business, ideas, and talent.
Enter Reason Talent.
Over my ten-plus years in the HR and talent management space, I’ve leveraged my deep professional experience in executive assessment, coaching, teambuilding, employee engagement, and survey design (bolstered with Masters and PhD degrees in Industrial-Organizational Psychology), to boost the effectiveness of leaders and organizations. I’ve helped organizations select middle managers, VPs, and CEOs. I’ve coached hundreds of leaders on emotional intelligence and leadership effectiveness. I’ve trained thousands of leaders on how to drive employee engagement. And in developing the DRiV personality assessment and writing Driven Not Drained: Discover Your Path to Career Happiness, Effectiveness, and Influence, I’ve pioneered innovative ways of helping leaders and teams understand themselves and what drives and drains them for optimum success.
This is my mission: to take my expertise and help amplify the efforts and effectiveness of leaders and organizations dedicated to principles of honoring God, acting with integrity, rewarding merit, and pursuing excellence.
