Leadership is complex, but it doesn’t have to be complicated. Our straightforward leadership model covers everything that research and experience tell us make great leaders.
Use our Journey Leadership Framework, or we can work with you to create one specific for your organization.
Once we know what good looks like for the role in question, we move on to assess your candidates.

Our assessment process combines deep interviewing techniques with best-in-class psychometric assessments. We get to know your candidates’ personality, motivators, interests, skills, and abilities.
We then map everything we’ve learned about your candidates to the custom leader profile to determine if the leader has what it takes to be successful in role.
This process typically requires 2-3 hours of a candidate’s time.

After we crunch the numbers, we summarize everything for you in a brief writeup. The writeup incorporates insights from the assessment about their strengths, development needs, and where they may or may not be a good fit for your organization.
You will have a writeup in hand within one business day after your client completes the assessment.

Once your top-notch candidate has accepted the offer, we can begin transition coaching. We’ll debrief their results, and then work with them to build a coaching plan that eases the transition, optimizes strengths, and mitigates potential pitfalls.
The coaching process typically lasts 3 to 9 months.
